I highly recommend Chelmsford House Clearances. Roy and his team recently cleared a property that we rent and I was very impressed with the service. Roy is very professional and takes a lot of care, particularly when discussing the job and what is to be left and what to be removed. We live far away from the property and were able to be at the house for the quote but could not be there to see the finished job. This was not a problem- Roy took lots of photos for us and sent them over as soon as the clearance was completed. It was a relief to leave the house in safe hands and saved us A LOT of work!
